Baking is a science. You’ve got to follow the recipe down to a T. I’ve never been so good at following recipes – let me add a little more of this and a little less of that – I’m in charge here after all.

Well, sometimes you take a shot or you ignore the rules and you think “agh, that one’s a dud then”, but you revisit after a while and find that you quite like the way it tastes…err looks.
